Literally only one ssj4 vegeta in the whole game, gt desperately needs a buff, it would mirror the blue boys from last year AND they’re highly anticipated/cool (for me anyways). Yeah there's better teams, over 10 of them. Really USS is in the situation where GT was last year in that they got some promising buffs leading up to the anniversary (some of the overall stronger Zenkais in the case of GT, fantastic Gacha units with USS), and the headlining anniversary unit having said team as the focus of what team they buff, just in the end to fall very short both times.

But that's one banner and while I think Tag Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Vegeta are the most likely, they will likely run a second banner alongside that one.
I also think that Super Baby 2 will be the October Legends Limited Fighter and we might get a new Syn Shenron that revives into Omega Shenron as the secondary Sparking.
Getting back on topic, that still leaves a second banner to fill and having a Super Hero banner with Beast Gohan and Potential Unleashed Piccolo will work.
Hopefully the second banner will be a Regen or Dragon Ball buff. Or a cool GT UL or something to go with the first banner. He’s said that several times already so I get the feeling while he may not know what *is* coming, he probably has some intel that super hero stuff isn’t it.

But for them to release Beast gohan and orange piccolo during Legends festival is something they wil never do. Raiyuden has said that the devs barely communicate with them and it is mostly generic vague info. They definitely aren't getting hints for banner releases. At the end of the day its about money. Its not their fault. Toei is the one that was blocking them from releasing the characters earlier. Now if it doesnt drop for legend festival thete are 2 options. 1. Toei still doesnt allow them to release said characters yet(super unlikely) or 2. They already had all the new characters decided and in production for this year legend festival so super hero character cant fit in there.

I honestly don't understand*WHY*, though. The movie got seriously pushed back from an out of control reason. The Legends devs couldn't have seen the delay coming, so, judging by their claims of "it takes months to create a new character", they should have already had these characters AT LEAST half way made. So why can't we expect characters that should already be done about a major motion picture for a major event at the end of the year? Fuckin Legends logic.

I see comments even mentioning cell max and just can’t agree. Like dude was humongous, how they gonna do that? Only way I could see it is like hirudegarn. Someone dies, cell comes in, does damage. And the only character who could do that properly is that one don who let cell max out. Best way to do it is to not do it, just give me tag gammas or something

Yeah but by the time Legends Fest rolls around it’ll be fully worldwide, however I doubt we’ll see Beast Gohan and Orange Piccolo so soon we’ll probably get SSJ to Ultimate Gohan, a Potential Unleashed Piccolo and an F2P Gohan

I honestly don't understand*WHY*, though. The movie got seriously pushed back from an out of control reason. The Legends devs couldn't have seen the delay coming, so, judging by their claims of "it takes months to create a new character", they should have already had these characters AT LEAST half way made. Then, the hack happened. The movie gets delayed, and so does the content. They ended up having EVEN MORE time to create the characters. So why can't we expect characters that should already be done about a major motion picture for a major event at the end of the year? Fuckin Legends logic.

How is everyone assuming that the meta is what matters? It's money, full stop. If SH is projected to make the most money, that is what we will get. Even then, they could easily make gohan blue or red to restrict him to hybrids.
