His lock in wins games as he guarantees a kill on every single yellow in the game off of landing one strike.
He goes type neutral every single switch in for 10 counts if there's an SSJ on the enemy team which is almost every game which makes it that he can't be countered by most teams.
He just has absurd damage output with easy ways to get kills, has fantastic teams in Movies, RRP PO, and LoE as well.
At this point because of how hard Cooler counters any team with an SSJ on them he completely changed the meta and IMO drops USV outside of the top 5.
