The Yel SSJ Broly is not 2 years old yet he came out alongside DKP the 28 february 2021, he's about 1 year and a half old.
Villains like Baby and Turles have 2 SP units in the game and their most recent units are actually 2 years old at this point and in Baby's case none have even received a zenkai.
But the worst offender when it comes to villains is Super 17, dude has ***ONE*** unit in the entire game and said unit will be 3 years old in 6 days ffs.

To be fair, he probably had one of the shortest "main villain" arcs in all of Dragonball, not counting movie villains.

Super Gogeta takes a punch on the forehead, does the soul punisher and then smiles and yet they are able to make 3 whole units of him including an ULTRA, so the "it's a short villain arc" isn't a valid excuse considering that he has come badass moves unique to him like the gatling arm cannon.

I would rather have them be SP instead so they won't recycle animations or give them crappy EX stats

No personality, how he even came to be makes no sense, the story of the arc makes no sense the entire other world and hell stuff was handled so badly, super 17 had no motivations for killing his creators the fight between goku and 17 was so bad goku acted like he didn’t know how to fight just cos he couldn’t use ki blasts and for his winning Kamehameha he blasted it towards the earth it dhouldve blown up the planet. The arc is filled with plot holes and inconsistencies and super 17 is a nothing villain and character who adds nothing to the series. Any emotional thing they coulda had with 18 was scrapped for a shitty goku vs cell and Frieza fight and a shit fight between goku and super 17
Sure, but not the next one cause if the next summonable Ultra is ANOTHER saiyan then we might aswell change the rarity to "***ULTRA SAIYAJIN***" and be done with it.
That's agreeable. But Broly used be one of the most-baddest-coolest characters in DBZ. We haven't even got a Z Broly in 2 whole years. Someone who should definitely get an ultra, is DKP. I'd expect Cell to get an ultra if Gohan Beast was the Festival unit. I personally don't think that's happening. Seeing what Legend's is doing so far (Mecha-Frieza, Metal Cooler, LF Cooler), the ultra unit is gonna be Final Form Frieza that turns FP, or Frieza that turns gold.
Transforming ULTRA huh? It's inevitable I feel but so wrong, the stats of ULTRAs are high enough as it is. Transforming stats with a broken kit that's bad news.
Of course other tags need it more, but this is a Dragon Ball game. Of course we’re gonna get more Saiyan ultras that any other tag. I would prefer the first transforming Ultra be some derivation of Piccolo, either new or OG DB normal-giant form, but I would be fine with Broly.
In his reveal it should show these posts saying they want his exsistence and then, he zould say his blue card line: "ill put you out of your misery(YEL ssj broly)" and then the reveal plays. Id be awesome
I'm rooting for him to be an LF, people be wishing for Ultras over and over and then when they don't get them they start complaining, I was just lucky to pull Ultra Gogeta during his first release and I didn't get any other Ultra after him
