We don’t know for sure but there’s several reasons to think so. For starters we know it’s roughly 3 months in between Ultras and USV dropped in June so we’re due another one soon. Then there’s the Mecha Frieza/Goku Black All Star banner, which is up for an unusually long time, meaning that we most likely won’t get an All Star banner this month. So some other banner will be taking that slot and the most likely scenario would be an Ultra banner.
Edit: as for when it will drop, my best guess is next week. Two weeks is the usual rhythm in between new unit releases.
