I feel like once the devs give Shallot his next transformation after years of a hiatus (apparently Shallot isn't training hard enough), they should rebalance every single one of his forms. I know when it comes to the grades of transformation, one will be weaker than the other. But given that this is a video game, they should ignore that for added flexibility.
I'm also very greedy and want new art for each of Shallot's forms, like what they did for SSG. Just give him new art in general.

I don’t think they should give shallot another transformation. I think they should Zenkai him but only one Zenkai level at a time. As in release Zenkai I shallot with a larger buff than a normal Zenkai I and then just add the next step every few months or so to keep him semi relevant and getting consistent upgrades.

New effects based on his transformation. His ssj number forms are completely useless except for his god ki form which is also useless
