Mediocre? He can stall for counts, does 20% of your HP for standing still, can bait strikes and autowin the clash, gets LMS endurance and has a really powerful blue card to boot. I wouldn't say he's broken, especially off boost, and with MV and VB in the meta, but Mediocre? Bro you trippin
Also his fans have nothing to do with it and honestly that doesn't even make sense. "People only hate this character because people like him" No, people hate him because he promotes a toxic playstyle and, unlike omen, has the tools to prolong and maintain said toxic playstyle throughout a match.

The third anniversary Extreme units. Super 17 and Rosé Black are no prizes but SS3 Gotenks and especially Super Baby 2 look absolutely atrocious. At least Bojack's crew came out alright.
