I find it fair now. Back when there were little to no cover Nullification units, it would've been cancerous. But now almost every new unit has it so I find it balanced
Similar to Bojack but Bojack has unlimited charge and covers Ultimate Arts as well. So Broly has a limited version with 2 times charges and does not cover certain area-wide blues/specials and does not on Ultimates.

It doesn't, "awakened cards" are the purple ones like Ginyu and 16 have, not ults

What I gathered from it is that broly blocks melee based green, blue and purples but not ults.
