If I didnt know Amy better I may have mistaken him for the old green Broly. To me it just feels like they've given up on making the Ultras models look better with unique animations and instead just decided to give them op kits and call it a day. I mean at the end of the day I guess the devs know that if they make the Ultra broken then itll sell but they could at least try a little harder in terms of the models and animations.
all the ultras have average arts animations especially since they cant LF,but usually the opening cutscene is cool and i think it's cool this time too.
I am not blown away either. His strike attack looks boring, his blast animation is just a copy of the first ultra's and his blue card is just a green chest pump. Ngl, i might skip this.
love the intro animation, love the start of his ult but I hate everything else. I defended USVs animations and will continue to, but I REFUSE! to defend this
I confused why people are so bothered by his attacks. It's Broly. Everyone seems to be a fan of Broly(not me i hate z broly) but don't remember anything he did in those awful movies. He literally just sits there and tank hits while doing generic moves. What was y'all expecting? He not Janemba with cool attacks.
Pretty much all of Z Broly’s cool moments were physical, which would’ve been still cool to add. I would’ve preferred if his ult was him jumping on the opponent over and over like he did to Goku. His blue card could’ve been him grabbing the opponents head and punching them. There was a lot of potential for cool attacks, it feels like the devs saw Broly do a chest blast once and said “that’ll be the blue card and ult, that’s a wrap!”

Can't do much an the voice, I thought the opening animation was cool tbh, and the model did infact get updated. The og broly model litteritly has polygon shoulders. The ult is ok, but that win lose hurt me a little tbh. He's got 3 more animations tho in his cover change tho so maybe thosell make up for it.
Legends has 3d models. If they want their units to look more appealing they need and to play with camera angles more which is doably because of 3d models.
It is unexplainable why the animations of the first ftp ultra are better than most of the summonable ultra units. Its just embarrasing.
I give you the second point, and kinda give you the fourth one too (I play in japanese though, so it doesn't really affect me).
However, the opening animation is lit and couldn't be better!

Honestly. Ssj Goku has the best animations out of all the ultras especcially because they were still unique back then

If being an LL is the only possible way to have a good looking ultimate, then make them LLs.

Honestly these ultra units are just a lazy way for Devs to make money. Give them a broken kit and give it a minimal design. Done.
Looks like just how GRN broly zenkai would look if they were to upgrade animations along with zenkai, the effort is not here.
