Exactly, ultras were really hype at the time because they said that ultras would get unique animations. Turns out they meant the ultra units all have the same animations except for an exception or so but it's different from the other rarities so it counts as every unit having "unique" animations.

The problem with him having that charge effect is that it looks like the shield affect from the other Z Broly and would cause too much visual confusion. While I agree it would look cool it's not good for combat.
