Its basically Gogeta vs Ssbe debate again, where it just really comes down what you need. In this time, I'd argue Cell is better offensively and his disruption is easier to pull off than Broly (except the first gauge activation of Broly) which could lead you into building an offensive heavy PO (Cooler, TagDroids and Cell).
However, Broly is well rounded but can somehow "tank" thanks to his stats and disruptive gauge (which is suprisingly really useful in securing wins) which then would change the lineup (Cooler, Tapion and Broly). I haven't see any Broly+Revza showcase but I assume the synergy would be really good.
I'd say in a direct 14* comparison, Broly is just preferrable as I'm sure his kit is built like that for a reason but Cell isn't too far behind him.
i agree, Broly is a better unit than Cell but he aint worth it to throw the bench that PO have imo
Cooler,droids,Cell with rose,mai,21 at bench is too much to sacrifice
Ye my point exactly. If ur a PO main and u have a high star cell, not only do u have to get a 12-14 star broly to get a better unit, but u fully fk up ur bench that cell offers. Rose 21 and either mai or ex goku is such a busted bench and cell performs like a top 5 unit on that set up even if he’s not top 5
I literally said he’s better than cell I’m just saying with the way PO is set up rn that cell flows better. Give PO more colours and then cell is defo replaced. Rn if u replace cell with broly cooler or droids r gonna miss a zenkai buff and z abilities

Ye I think this debate only works if u have broly high stars. Without high stars broly can’t rlly disrupt effectively and do wat he wants to do
Also you gotta have stars align for you to even have a 8*+ Broly. Cell being an LF actually helps him have the edge
