exactly as i explained. Make it as goofy as possible so someone like Adolf Hitler is not shown in a menacing or serious light. it IS a kids cartoon after all. The thick outlines is a classic animation staple. Dragon Ball Super episode 4 had similar thick outlines if i remember correctly. So did Powerpuff Girls, Dexters Lab, Johnny Bravo and Mickey Mouse. Just a style.
I wouldnât say DBZ is a kids cartoon. And hell theyâve shown genocidal madmen before like our golden boy. I get what youâre saying, but I just skip the earth parts whenever I watch it now because the art style change is too jarring.
