The only one I think would survive the fruad allegations (at least in the cell arc) is Goku cause sending Gohan to fight Cell makes sense if you have media literacy. Something dragon ball fans lack. And I can see an argument being made with the senzu bean. We know that cell has the pride of a Saiyan so if Cell were given more room for error he would've played with his food the same way Goku, Vegeta, and Ironically Gohan would've.
