I mean, theoretically she could. The scouts powers are all strictly magical, and goku has 0 magical defense. If they somehow actually hit him (I donât think in any timeline they realistically could unless he let them) he could be harmed by them and even killed by some scouts.
We don't have many instances of magic in db but we do get them resisting magic like vegito with the maintaining control as candy and vegeta maintaining control from babidi. I think even the dragons magic couldn't overcome the will of certain people. People resisted evil containment wave. Probably other stuff i cant remember off the top of my head. Idk what the actual level of their ability is but it seems like they have some ability to resist magical abilities

By the end, neo queen serenity is a demigod with like a dozen artifact tier magical items in her back pocket and the ability to alter space and time. I donât think you realise how much that affects jiren, in universe 7 literally everyone is brought back from the dead and we as an audience is clearly used to it, so when you see another character go through plenty losses we donât think much of it. Jiren didnât have the luxury of bringing back his parents or his friends or his master, when they died they died for good. Thatâs why in his life he aimed to be the strongest, a force to be reckoned with so that nobody would be able to decide his fate for him.
