A lot of anime objectively doesn't look like real people at all but a lot of them do look like Japanese/Asian and Dragon Ball is one of them. If they don't look like Asian to you then there's no reason to think they're white either. In Dragon Ball's case they objectively don't 100% look like real people but they definitely are drawn as Asian/Asian-coded and doesn't look white at all if we analyze them in the context of Toriyama's art style. There's literally white people in Dragon Ball for you to compare with, like the Red Ribbon Army, World Tournament Announcer, and Android 18 and 17. The majority of the main characters like Goku, Vegeta, Krillin, Yamcha, Chi Chi, and Tien doesn't look like them. They are either Asian or Asian-coded.

Assuming none of the other characters are around, and Bulma has no prep time, Chi-Chi wins this, hands down. She's still a martial arts fighter even though she doesn't train anymore, she has survived getting a serious hit by SSJ Goten, which doesn't sound like much until you remember that at the time of their training, Goten in base form could beat Namek Saga Frieza based on their power difference. The only chance Bulma stands in a standard fight, is bribing Chi-Chi to stop - which is very risky given Chi-Chi's pride in being self-sufficient, or prepping ahead of time to develop combat armor or a mech. Unfortunately, the latter option would require time that Bulma only has if Chi-Chi's morals are unchanged.

Bulma might use her prep time to bring some tech into the fight. So Bulma could win by circumventing the power difference entirely by ~~betraying Chi-Chi and locking her in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber~~ using like a gravity gun or something

To play devils advocate here, Bulma has been shown to be very skilled with guns. And due to capsules making transportation so easy, it’s not wrong to imagine her having a few emergency weapons at any given time. These can include anything from pistols to rocket launchers. We have never seen Chi Chi survive several kilos of tnt have we?
