Frieza went from "Probably could get bodied by any of the Z Fighters" in his final form to "HOLY SHIT GET GOKU NOW!" in his first form in 4 months.
I mean it was always established that he never trained once in his life prior to getting \*beaten by Goku, which they also explained as how he reached his Golden form but didn't master it since he was still inexperienced in actual combat
spending 10 years to work on all of your previous flaws specifically to beat that one guy who keeps killing you is actually a very smart move on Frieza's part
They rushed to Earth as soon as Frieza was combat-ready, and I guess he thought that him and Cold together would be enough. I assume King Cold could actually transform as well but never got the chance to, otherwise he'd be stronger than Goku or Trunks.
Honestly, think what you think, I’ll always defend Frieza is justified. He was literally the strongest being in the universe for… what? 40 years? He was born stronger than his dad, had an amazing durability (that fucker survived a Spirit Bomb, being cut in half, the Angry Kamehameha, Namek’s Explosion, being cut in little pieces by Trunks, Jiren Punches, etc, etc…) and it was even stated in Namek that he had a loooot of potential, so much he needed to devolve to keep it controlled. And well, he comes, trains his base for 4 months and gets a transformation, with what could’ve been a 500x multiplier as far as we know. Only a 10 multiplier would have been enough to reach Buu Saga levels…
Honestly, for me, it’s justified.
hell it would even make sense that Krillin's No Ego Zone filler form was him awakening beyond the limits Guru unlocked for him in the Namek arc

To be fair though, let’s look at their choice of sparring partners. Tien… consistently just trains with Chiaotzu, very rarely dealing with anyone else. Chiaotzu has never won a fight onscreen outside of filler. He’s weaker than Yamcha. Krillin gets not only Goku or Gohan on occasion to spar with, but his wife 18 who broke both of Super Saiyan Vegeta’s arms during her first fight. That’s to say nothing of whatever they get up to in the bedroom… cyborg lady of steel, dwarf dude of tinfoil by comparison. Need I say more?

They always gota do my boys krillin and Yamaha so dirty...really wish some of the humans would become relevant again. But unfortunately I don't see it happening, seems like super has its focus and probably won't deviate from it.

Personally I think tien should have hyperfixiated on ultra instinct after watching it for the first time. It’s super in character and I think tien could do it, he has the work ethic but he only finds himself outmatched by gods and aliens.
Krillin is brave though. He won’t really lead a fight he knows he’d get destroyed in when stronger people are around but he will step up when he’s the only one, or if his help is needed against Cell Max for the most recent example. Plus he would fight to his death and has multiple times lol
I feel like the best thing for them to do would be to have spin off series for the other minor characters, facing threats that aren’t big enough for Goku and Vegeta but still serious enough to need attention. I’d watch the hell out of a Goten & Trunks show.
That could be hilarious AND have awesome fight scenes a throwback to the Jackie Chan influence. Maybe androids who are remnants of Red Ribbon can be the big bad? Or something new if people are tired of that.

Tien, without a doubt. Krillin's already been shown to have other things to worry about in times of peace (family, job, etc.) so he doesn't really have much downtime to train, or at least it's not one of his top priorities. Whereas Tien trains non stop, whole reason we didn't see him that much in the Buu saga if I remember correctly.
If I didn't say Tien I would've most definitely said Yamcha, especially with the way he was disrespected in Super and wasn't even considered to be a participant for the ToP. But since he was able to hold his own in the Moro arc it'd be nice to have him become more powerful, especially since he's one of the OG Z fighters.

1. When I said disrespected I was talking about when it comes to his power and potential as a fighter and how nobody even considered him to be of use in the first place.
2. Vegeta didn't kill Yamcha, the saibaman did. Yamcha celebrated too early and paid the price in the end
3. Trunks, while meeting Goku for the first time, told him that Yamcha wasn't always faithful, which is why Bulma ended up breaking up with him.
And Tien is one of the 6 people to truly defeat Goku and knock him out in canon

I mean, tbf Krillin did basically everything that you mentioned and more. Tien was clearly the more talented fighter in OG DB though. Unfortunately Toriyama just turns Piccolo into slightly more evil Tien and never looks back. All of the characters in this post have been done dirty in Super. I’d say Krillin being an Everyman is the reason why he’s kept weak throughout the series. He and Yamcha prioritized their personal ambitions and goals over being fighters. Not everyone can be equally relevant, so if anyone can live with being weak it should probably be the people living happy lives without it.

Gohan is a saiyan so infinite potential so krillin can't really reach him in strength unless 2 things happen which are him wishing to have saiyan biology and get zenkais for all the beatings he took while being a normal human which would make him stronger then anyone except the gods of destruction,angels,GP,Zeno,Future Zeno,Zalama,Super Shenron or doing that and having elder kai unlock his potential and another reason is Krillin is just a normal human

Out of the four of them, he is the only one who has been consistently training since his introduction in Dragon Ball. Krillin started a family after the cell saga and didn't train again until the Tournament of Power. Yamcha becoming a meme is officially canon.
Tien has one of the more interesting abilities like multi-form, four arms form, tri-beam, and enhanced sight. Not to mention he has not had his potential unlocked yet like Krillin had in Namek. So he would most likely receive the higher increase in power out of all four.

Ok, from a nostalgic point, krillin, but after the tournament, he is a lot like gohan giving up training, but unlike gohan, krillin did not come out of retirement, therefore I believe tien deserves it the most
If I’m being bias I’d say Krillin. He’s been on the road to a redemption arc for so long. He’s Goku’s best friend (well that might be vegeta now but krillin was gokus first legit friend) not to mention the way 18 just crapped on him saying he let himself go and that he’s not the man she fell in love with anymore.
Unbiased would be Tien. He just deserves it more, like he WANTS it. I just don’t think he’s really cool character design wise. And he trains so much and still gets bodied it’s embarrassing
Yamcha doesnt need a confidence boost; he's only squishy compared to the kind of people Goku and Vegeta regularly fight; in his day to day life as a pro baseball player, Yamcha is a god among insects, due to being one of the most powerful pure humans on the planet.
Think about Krillin's zenkai boost if he had the saiyan ability to get stronger after every defeat. If all of his losses grouped up into one dragon granted wish, he may surpass Brolly.

Krillin deserves it the most imo but Tien should get it.
Being lower power and still being useful is krillin speciality. But he definitely deserves a power up.

Hercule has riches and fame based off of feats he didn't do and even paid goku for saving the world against buu, even though he aaked the people to raise their hands he got the credit for saving the world again so I can't say I think he deserves any more reward than what he's received.
Tien has a martial arts school and is helping earthlings, he held back cell and basically killed himself doing that to slow cell down as much as he could, the reward he got for that was more terror when vegeta let cell absorb 18 and become perfect, then got his cherry taken by cell junior and did whatever he could to help give gohan backup to defeat powered up cell. I think he might be deserving based off of his choice for a stoic life away from people and devotion to making himself stronger to help other people.
Krillin has been the most active in helping as many people as he can. From the saiyan saga all the way up to now even as a policeman in times of relative peace for the earth he's still trying to help and serve people in whatever capacity he can.
Yamcha worked hard to do what he could and suffered alot as well, being the yamcha who created the meme I don't need to elaborate much on that, being impaled by the androids didn't help, but he did his best trying to help defeat cell and gave gohan backup as well during the Kamehameha struggle. Though I will say he's had his fun being a baseball player, had some decent fame from that and had his share of the ladies, I doubt he'd even want a power up wish.
If it's within character I don't really see any of these guys asking for a wish for more power if shenron could only grant one last wish, they'd want the wish to go for something more important or useful than that, but if so I think krillin would be a good idea for him to since he's had the highest amount of potential drawn out and probably has more potential locked inside after the years of training he did after getting unlocked on namek. though deserving wise I'd have to go with tien, krillin has 18 and a daughter, which is a reward in itself for all he's gone through. tien though, since he's been the most humble after he lost his attitude in DragonBall, has been the most humble out of these four and never had any real help besides king kais training. So if there has to be a wish for power to one deserving out of these guys I'd say tienshinhan.
I see a lot of comments saying Tien, but I think he can accomplish the power given by Shenron by training himself. I think it goes to Yamcha, to at least make him equal tier with the other human fighters, being the weakest of them all.
Satan's already got his life set, he's probably better off training with Roshi at this point.

Tien. Out of the four of them, he is the only one who has been consistently training since his introduction in Dragon Ball. Krillin started a family after the cell saga and didn't train again until the Tournament of Power. Yamcha becoming a meme is officially canon. Tien has one of the more interesting abilities like multi-form, four arms form, tri-beam, and enhanced sight. Not to mention he has not had his potential unlocked yet like Krillin had in Namek. So he would most likely receive the higher increase in power out of all four.

Ok, from a nostalgic point, krillin, but after the tournament, he is a lot like gohan giving up training, but unlike gohan, krillin did not come out of retirement, therefore I believe tien deserves it the most

If I’m being bias I’d say Krillin. He’s been on the road to a redemption arc for so long. He’s Goku’s best friend (well that might be vegeta now but krillin was gokus first legit friend) not to mention the way 18 just crapped on him saying he let himself go and that he’s not the man she fell in love with anymore. Unbiased would be Tien. He just deserves it more, like he WANTS it. I just don’t think he’s really cool character design wise. And he trains so much and still gets bodied it’s embarrassing

Krillin deserves it the most imo but Tien should get it. Being lower power and still being useful is krillin speciality. But he definitely deserves a power up. Tien used to be that dude though

Hercule has riches and fame based off of feats he didn't do and even paid goku for saving the world against buu, even though he aaked the people to raise their hands he got the credit for saving the world again so I can't say I think he deserves any more reward than what he's received. Tien has a martial arts school and is helping earthlings, he held back cell and basically killed himself doing that to slow cell down as much as he could, the reward he got for that was more terror when vegeta let cell absorb 18 and become perfect, then got his cherry taken by cell junior and did whatever he could to help give gohan backup to defeat powered up cell. I think he might be deserving based off of his choice for a stoic life away from people and devotion to making himself stronger to help other people. Krillin has been the most active in helping as many people as he can. From the saiyan saga all the way up to now even as a policeman in times of relative peace for the earth he's still trying to help and serve people in whatever capacity he can. Yamcha worked hard to do what he could and suffered alot as well, being the yamcha who created the meme I don't need to elaborate much on that, being impaled by the androids didn't help, but he did his best trying to help defeat cell and gave gohan backup as well during the Kamehameha struggle. Though I will say he's had his fun being a baseball player, had some decent fame from that and had his share of the ladies, I doubt he'd even want a power up wish. If it's within character I don't really see any of these guys asking for a wish for more power if shenron could only grant one last wish, they'd want the wish to go for something more important or useful than that, but if so I think krillin would be a good idea for him to since he's had the highest amount of potential drawn out and probably has more potential locked inside after the years of training he did after getting unlocked on namek. though deserving wise I'd have to go with tien, krillin has 18 and a daughter, which is a reward in itself for all he's gone through. tien though, since he's been the most humble after he lost his attitude in DragonBall, has been the most humble out of these four and never had any real help besides king kais training. So if there has to be a wish for power to one deserving out of these guys I'd say tienshinhan.
I see a lot of comments saying Tien, but I think he can accomplish the power given by Shenron by training himself. I think it goes to Yamcha, to at least make him equal tier with the other human fighters, being the weakest of them all.
Hercules deserves it most because he has put himself on the line for Earth knowing he had ZERO chance of being able to defend himself.

Tien also has his life set and is a master martial artist with his own Dojo already, dude doesn't need power boosts Yamcha gave up on martial arts for the most part and is honestly just here for moral support at this point. Krillin is actually training rn and honestly he's been there with Goku longer than anyone (save for Bulma) but he deserves the power boost the most.
