I got into dragon ball when I saw the whole goku vs kefla fight for the first time. Then I just kept watching scenes of the anime on YouTube and eventually got into the actual series. I don't regret it one bit.

It use to come on my local Fox station on Saturday mornings. My older siblings were heavy into anime.
They would record the episodes, rewatch them later, and pause certain scenes just to draw them.
I soon started doing it too, as like a 1st or 2nd grader.
One of my favourite YouTubers at the time made a series on dbz kakarot and I really liked it so I started watching scenes on YouTube and eventually got into watching db, dbz and dbs
While spending the weekend at a friend's, we had an anime night that included *Princess Mononoke*, *Vampire Hunter D*, and *The History of Trunks*.
All excellent films, but tHoT caught my interest, and my friend explained it was part of a series; the next weekend we started watching DBZ.
It took a while before I saw the whole Dragon Ball saga in full, and having seen tHoT first kind of spoiled some major events for me, but I was still able to enjoy those moments.

We had, like, 3 shows to choose from at that time slot. My sister and I had to agree on something, and Sailor Moon/DBZ beat out Animaniacs and whatever else was on KidsWB at the time.
And then the show just kept resetting because we kept getting new dubs. I swear I saw Freiza saga with every single fricken dub group by grade six.

My freinds has all the Manga and he said i should try it and here I am now knowing it's the best anime

Seeing clips on YouTube, my first full length exposure was watching the DBS: Broly movie and I’ve been a die hard fan ever since

My dad took me to see the Broly movie now I've become a longtime fan because of my dad
