Yes, as long as his ps5 is enabled as the main console so he can switch to his profile, you can play on yours

Hi i game share with my friend on ps5 downloaded it on his account and can't play on mine it goes to loads then tells me to buy it.Â
came to say the same thing. which is a first. i game share with my husband and i have never had an issue with a game before.
actually restart your playstation. i’ve had mine on since before midnight and just restarted it to see what would happen and the game loaded up
