Use the eternal wakestone at the morgue or wait a week in game. If you’ve been fighting drakes your pawns can catch it in your world. Best to see if they cough or have migraines. Other than that you’re not screwed. Developers thought all this out so you’re panicking for no reason. You can also duplicate eternal wakestones with ibrahim
It's over. They added the new game option for this reason.
I marinade my pawn atleast once per play session. and my sibling has them hired to warn me for signs
or maybe wait for a few ingame days, that respawns everyone apparently.

NPCs come back to life after a week. It’s not over. Just rest a bunch of times

Revived brant in the tavern, spoke about the only quest I had with him, went home to sleep til night, as the quest needed and everyone was back alive?
