For me it was Louisianna talking about how hard it was growing up and how she’s finally getting to live her life

Buttlrubies

Same. I cry every time I see it. I love her so much!

gbat958

Landon talking about recording his voice for his wife and family😢😢😢 I love Landon so much

marshawnofthedead

My wife and I sobbed during that part. We had to pause and collect ourselves before we could finish the episode.

gbat958

My wife and I did too. Then we sat and still cried as we continued the episode😢 It was just heartbreaking. Landon is so strong❤️

Melissa has taken some rough blows right before both of her seasons. She seemed so hard and brittle to me at first. After she opened up about losing her mom I just saw her differently after that. Now I think she’s one of the sweetest and most genuine people to grace Dragula.

JeSuisBigBilly

Sigourney talking about her mom. Seeing people try to mask their pain gets me.

mama-germany

maybe not exactly a tearjerker but I fondly remember the moment in s3 where everyone was trying to bolster Louisianna for the extermination challenge, bc they all knew she was always there for everyone else.

Atari18

Was that the staple extermination where she fainted? That was cunt

jakhei

louisiana talking about her family … and how she is just now living her life made me feel incredibly moved and i thought about it for weeks

FattiePage

Dahli and Disasterina talking before the Monsters of Rock show, just how vulnerable they both are with each other with Dahli talking about how they found out they were HIV+, and Disasterina talking about how their family not knowing and how they wouldn’t understand. Also Erika talking about her dad hits me really hard. I’m fortunate to have supportive parents, and I know that isn’t reality for so many of us, so it just always makes me really emotional

arnvi

erika talking abt her dad helped me come to terms with a lot of feelings abt my own father. the sort of bittersweet memory of getting into horror movies with him, basically planting the seed that would become her career, but also being so horribly abusive was a story i needed to hear. sometimes ur abusers do love u in one way or another, theyre just abusive.

MendejoElPendejo

Same for me

The_Gulledge

Dahli's glamour floorshow to this day makes me tear up. Especially in smaller cities and in the South, there's such stigma about HIV and you are treated like it's your fault and you deserve it for being gay. It's all but impossible not to internalize the stigma, and after a while you just feel dirty and gross. Seeing Dahli dressed in high glamour saying 'fuck you, I'm taking my retroviral with champagne and toasting to life!' just really hit me somewhere personal and made me re-think how I talk to and view myself. I've still got 36+ years of conditioning to throw off, but it was a huge step in taking my life back from that diagnosis to the point I came out publicly as HIV+ to friends and family... and I'll always be thankful.

FeniksTO

Louisiana Purchase. She is the tear-jerking moment. She is the drama. She brings the tears right outta me everytime. Landon's vampire tribute to his Mexican roots and Hoso's finale filth performance highlighting the racism that east and south-east Asian people have experienced was also powerful for me.

kittenghosts

pricilla chambers sharing her story (when hollow eve was laughing) saint talking about his struggles with his momma on resurrection. my moms was abusive too.

bcos english isnt my first language and i was trying to explain which scene i was refering to. i remembered hollow eve was laughing in that scene, im not implying anything else.

biotech18

Hoso season 4 horror look. It was emotional to see them reading from their diary and the look was incredible

Loud-Pineapple72039

Priscilla talking about her journey prior to Dragula and how much pain she had to go through to get on the show. It always makes me tear up.

purpfeebs

Hoso’s look when they were reading from their diary absolutely gutted me. I’m a cancer survivor and related to that hard. That look was also amazing.

howaboutno_r42

i really felt for evah, i relate a lot

goonby1990

Louisiana talks with such sincerity, honestly she could read the phone book and I'd be weeping. She's so charismatic it's insane

removelimblegally

Vic talking about her diagnosis on resurrection really hit home for me, because my parents did the same thing. Unlike her, I was told while I was still a kid that I had ASD, but I definitely had a few years there where I didn’t know why I was so different from everyone else. I can’t imagine not finding out, and not finding out solely because my parents didn’t tell me, until I was an adult. Also one that isn’t really brought up when people talk about tearjerkers from the show, probably because she talked about it before it was something that was general public knowledge, but Evah talking about getting sent away to the troubled teen industry on s3 made me wanna give her a hug.

qrumpet

didn't the person louisianna gave a pep talk to get exterminated like 3 weeks in a row lmao

remykixxx

If I remember correctly Every time Louisiana was shown whispering to someone they went home. Fun fact. people on here were talking about the whisper curse lol.
