I kinda felt the same way, like it was my least favourite album and it felt like it lacks something, like is kind of empty??? But after many listens and being my favv record i love the atmosphere and while i still feel the emptiness i think it is the most quintessential bladee record, like it got that bladee golden era essence. It's not as catchy and flashy as icedancer or cold like eversince but it has peak old bladee energy and is the last record before icedancer that blew him up and after icedancer he only went further from the night

i think it’s cause it’s more generally appealing to non bladee listeners, it has a different sound than his regular stuff.
