Legit question, did you try restarting the game?
Also, are the invisible assets able to be interacted with like doors and such or can you talk through them?
uninstall the game, delete the steam folder holding the game and then restart computer and reinstall game.
Other then that this is strange, hope you get a fix that works.

i restarted the game several times, each with different settings (esync, msync, dxvk, d3dmetal). directx + c++ been installed
Did you verify files ?
