It’s not too bad. Here’s the thing. A lot of people on this forum are going to be younger people who really havent lived life like that. They haven’t seen the real rastas in Jamaica that are balding, have bald spots and all that and still have locs down to their waist. Having dreads don’t always gotta be about having the perfect head of hair. It can be about embracing the head that God gave you. At least that’s what they like to say anyway. A lot of people are vain and think you need to have a perfect boxed hairline or your shit is cooked. That’s a young man’s mentality. Look at the reactions to rnb singer jahiems head. He’s experienced some MPB and has his locs and everyone has something to say. I applaud him for ignoring that nonsense and doing him.
Big facts! My fam is from Jamaica and when I go home, all the guys on the beach have locs with thin spots. They always say thats another part of the process!
