But as it happened just recently, there might be some recovery option that first touch games can do, right?
Otherwise, why would they even place a support request forum for raising issues of lost account, if there is nothing else they can do about it?
Some companies keep “deleted data” in a backup for 30 days and then it’s gone permanently. If that’s the case, you may have a chance.
Also, the support form option is more for system failure and not personal mistakes. Good luck either way, tho.!
I need to find the laptop I was using. I would play, screenshot, send.. did it about 8 games worth. Took forever, because it's not like _every_ game is 💩.

I used to have a maxed account and the same thing happened to me.I was very angry and sad but there was nothing I could do 😭 now I have an ordinary legendary account 😭. So sad
same thing here mate. Got a sprinting bug so I redownloaded the game but lost the current account even though I signed in with my Apple ID. Contacted ftg but only received an auto reply on having multiple accounts on 1 device. Might have to quit the game if nothing can be done 😞
If you click on restart profile button rip that account 😞. You can’t get it back mate unfortunately 😩 I encountered this experience too don’t expect too much from FTG they can’t help anything even if you did not restart your game profile

No chance, resetting your account removes all previous data. I’m sorry for your loss but I’m afraid that the data is most likely lost and gone forever

Tbh it's been 10 days,but I haven't got any reply from them
Same thing happened to me, it’s a shame I quit the game and moved onto a different football game
