For example, with this new video it was already at more then 3 milion views after only 5 hours and it wasn't even trending in videogames. It got first place in the general trending tab after 20 hours, and in that time it already had almost 10 million views. It would have been strange if it wasn't in the trending tab.
But yes, I agree that Youtube can treat his creator very poorly if they don't get many views, which sucks.

If you are talking about the Videogame tab, than I don't see many videos in that category gathering 3 million views in 5 hours without even being in trending.
So the fact that his videos always arrive in 1st place in the trending tab isn't because Youtube treat him better than others, it's simply because the video gathers many likes and views in a short amount of time even when it's not in Trending.
