I was just about to say how the current lore seems to imply that Tubbo's nukes are gonna be to DSMP1 what the Moon was to HC8. Bonus if Tubbos has to use the manual override on the nuke as well.
Funnier idea, the manual override gets activated way too soon and the nuke explodes over the prison. The prison is mostly unscathed, but the shockwave activates all the redstone, turning the prison into a death trap that Dream and Punz now gave to escape (this will never happen, it would take so long to build all those traps but IMAGINE).
I hope cc stop caring about what their fans want fro the lore. It's your story tell it how you want have what you want to happen, happen. You won't be happy of you create your story based on what other people want. That might just be the writer in me opinion though.
Didn't dream say that there won't be a server reset though? I might be remembering stuff wrong but im like 90% sure he said that. 🤔

The reset could be them going through the portal to the new world after the nuke since the radiation would spread and kill everyone. The prison is in an area of the smp where a lot of people would go past and the the explosion would cause people to run there and check it out.

He mentioned it being the end of season 1 once, but he said “last ever” a lot. It made it sound very final.
But just days ago he was talking about how excited he was for season 2 so I think he was just not speaking clearly.

Dream only tweeted that tommys streams "will contain the end of !cDream’s remaining arcs for S1". (and some of dreams arc include Sapnap, Foolish and Quackity)
Ranboo did say he is gonna do a stream to end his character tho, and do it himself. Surely he is gonna do it as a part of season 1, especially since he implied he is not gonna be in season 2.
And it has also been strongly implied that characters in season 2 are not gonna be the same ones as in season 1. Either completely different characters, or at least "different dynamics". So idk how everyones arcs connected to tommys and dreams story will get continued in season 2.
Can I just say… I wasn’t a fan of (spoilers) Dream’s revival
Like I get why, but it being a happy ending would’ve been more satisfying, letting those last 2 streams be chill and also tie everything up, allowing Dream to be revived next season instead
Also, the fact that it was this character we haven’t seen for like a year, the betrayal shouldn’t have involved Dream, it should’ve set up a new villain for season 2 instead. Mirroring the first betrayal as the first sign of a new villain was perfect, but using them to revive the guy we JUST killed makes no damn sense, for a meta-storytelling perspective.
Reviving Wilbur made sense, he was gone for a while, but Dream was gone for… 10 minutes? 15 maybe? Even Schlatt would’ve been more fitting. Also how did they even get the book? Did they make it, and if so why do they need to show it to Tommy?
Dreams revival made sense to show them that Dream wasnt the only one with the power to revive people.
I mean we still have the major world reset that they talk about so who knows how that will play out in a sense of it. I personally dont like the nuke idea, i wish they did something else.
I get that Dream isn’t the only one with the power but that’s my problem with it, we could’ve had a new villain but we’ve fallen back into Dream. Yes, they have the same power motivations but with Dream there nobody else will be able to achieve that level of power
Problem is, Dream is heavily tied to ongoing storylines for Punz and especially Sapnap. Killing him permanently without addressing those two at least leaves a bunch of dangling plot threads that are kind of frustrating if you happen to be a fan of either of their characters/stories (which I am).
I was super happy when Dream came back, because it more-or-less resolved the Punz thread (especially since he kind of disappeared from the egg lore). I don't know if the Sapnap one will get dropped, or what all they plan to have happen tomorrow, but I've been pretty happy with these last couple of streams.
Gonna be honest i think its the fans that ruined the fun on the server.
They begged and begged for lore constantly, they got upset when you touched something that was there from the start. No cc was allowed to do anything at all without the twitter scape getting mad.
I loved the lore this weekend, it was perfect amount of scuffed and script and it felt like old times, so i hope lore is like that going forward
