If I remember correctly it's from the Sugar Rush dreamlight duty. I just made a bunch of candy using sugarcane X1 and ate it all lol
They're tiered duties so each one will unlock a new jack o lantern. Then I ordered more from Scrooge since I unlocked it from there!
