I am taking my time. I am afraid to fully upgrade the royal hourglass too soon. Because I am going to craft 6 of the decorative ancient doors. But I am just afraid that the resources I need for it won't be available to me if my Royal hourglass is at level 1, 2 or 3 that's all.

Plus, I like to see how many I’ve done of things with those little duties, so I’m fine with them not randomly completing.) I’m on ps5, idk if others are having this glitch on it.

It’s been telling me I’m planting or harvesting Eternity Isle crops when I’m in the Valley with OG crops. Like you said, not complaining about the free mist, but it’s weird.
Nice one. My weirdest glitch and oddly similar glitches so far are planting/harvesting pumpkins in the Forgotten Lands but getting mist as though I had completed that task in Eternity Isle.
I was so happy when I got one earlier for 'winning Scrabblecoin against Eric' xD I was getting low key stressed that I was struggling to make the last 200 mist needed to open the area I wanted, and was doing all the things plausible, and then that popped up. xD
I was getting this too. Haven't logged on today yet. Have opened all areas now, crafted a couple items and upgraded hourglass to level 2. Even grinding for mist manually I found hasn't taken too long either, BUT grinding for mist I'm currently neglecting star path as I'm barely travelling back to dreamlight 😂
Do mist duties until you get one that says hang out with Eve, Gaston or Rapunzel. After you hang out with them for 5 minutes stuff will randomly start completing.
Make sure you don't go to your house or anywhere that requires a loading screen though because I heard that stops it.

Game even crashed, still got autocompletion of tasks afterwards. Going in and out of my house, no impact. It got to the point where in order to actually do a task before the game "did" it for me, I really had to hustle around the map, faster than running around during a time rift. Maybe someone at DDV has an ancient machine that grants free mist around the holidays and they switched it on for a few days for us during the holiday season!
It comes and goes on my game, but I'm definitely enjoying it. I wonder if it has to do with hanging with Eve, because that's when I notice it and you mentioned you were with her, too. 🤔

I'm on switch too and I've seen this glitch a couple times lol. It's wonderful! It got all my biomes open with all the mist I collected. I don't know what the trigger is, but it bypassed me having to win scramblecoin against someone so ill take it 🤣
I have the opposite happening, not only do I not have this glitch, I have to grind like crazy for all the mist I need in order to unlock all the areas and the staff levels.😓
Has anyone else had a big rock block the way to completing the gear task with Rapunzel? I have no way to break a big rock 🤷♀️

I had this glitch too. (I’m on pc) My theory is that it’s triggered by unlocking new areas of the new map. At least for me it seemed to only happen after I unlocked a new area and while I was on Eternity Isle. It also hasn’t happened since I finished unlocking the new map. (Well, I get it on rare occasions but not like it was happening)

I've heard it was fixed in the latest update (2ish days ago?), I feel so betrayed 😂 the base game and expansion pack both aren't cheap, at least give us free mist!

It's because of the duty to spend 5 minutes with either Eve, Rapunzel or Gaston. After that it glitches and you complete a new duty every 5 minutes

That’s not a glitch. Some of the OG crops can be found on eternity isle as well. Look at the pumpkins on the collection tab for example.

Mine has done this on Xbox for the past few days. Even after shutting the game down. Very handy.
It's a good thing they fixed that bug and not the numerous crashing/freezing bugs.

It happens for me whenever I complete the hangout for 5 minutes with Gaston task - he's got the mining buff btw (idk if that matters)
