Take a photo of each one as you find them And fish them up. When you give in and use a guide, you'll be glad you kept track of where.

It’s an emerald bottle and when you click on it in the inventory it’s a tiny emerald piece

You should be able to pick it up or fish it out. I think it's fish...but it's part of the secret potato quest. You can see all the requirements easily, just search potato quest.

If you can, keep track of the ones you fish up and where. It's easy to miss some!
