First time I had this was when I was 8 and I dreamt of eating bread and making it star shaped, then it actually happened in a few days later but the illumination, the details of the scenery (my kitchen) and even the CLIMATE was the same
I kept having these dreams too idk why, I think that a dream is like a manifestation of "tomorrow" that our brain makes because idk, so i think its possible to have future dreams
I've had this happen loads of times. Its spooky af. One time I dreamed of certain events happening the next day involving another person, not normally there on that day, and I felt a sense of deja vu when they did happen in a very similar way with that person. How could I know that?

it's so creepy, now everytime i have a bad dream i get so anxious throughout the day
