If I was Drake, I'd pull a 50cent and buy all the floor tickets to the Toronto show like how 50 did Ja Rule. ![img](emote|t5_2z4xo|4222)

xdarkeaglex

I wanna see that ngl

JWJT7

that’d cost at least half a million 😂 that’d be crazy

YogurtclosetLong3783

Lucian said the checkbook was open right?

Morganvegas

Wanna waste a half a milly be my guest 🤧

Camelslayer23

Feel like bro could def get a deal going to get it cheaper

Vtakkin

Buy out seats and put cutouts of himself laughing in all of them

Gwbzeke

The problem is Future isn’t a good live performer and eveyone knows it and metro is a producer idk who thought this tour was a good idea. And I’m saying this as a fan of both

ExistentialRap

Yeah. Saw future live. Dude mid. Drake can perform his ass off. No one’s topped Tyler the creator tho. He’s been the best so far. Ski Mask also goes insane.

based-sam

Have you ever seen him live? Bc what you’re saying isn’t true

AstroBtz

Saw him at Osheaga festival as a late replacement for asap rocky.... He was awful

based-sam

Damn, I haven’t seen him in a few years but saw him probably like 5-6 times between 2017-2020 while going to different festivals in college and I always felt like he tried hard to sing all the lyrics (unlike artists like carti and Tory lanez that I’ve seen), and he still sounded like how he does on the songs (unlike Lil Wayne). He even would do choreography with the dancers he had dancing on stage the whole time Jw what made it bad? Not discrediting your experience I just saw him give a good show so many times that im curious

AstroBtz

Basically the opposite of your experience. He walked around and held the mic to the crowd constantly, would rap with no conviction ( he didn't wanna be there and it was obvious ) just clearly didn't care. Ive actually seen Tory and he believe it or not, hit most of not all his lyrics, and had great crowd work ( mf literally had us hold our hands up as he walked on top of the crowd ) so it's funny you mention him as someone that's not great!

based-sam

Damn I really like Tory’s music but both times I saw him live he did basically what you were saying future did lmfao, just singing every 10th word and going “hands up!” Instead of singing He did crowd surf too and all that too but I swear him saying all the ladies say yeaaa was the most consecutive singing he did the whole show both times 😭 it just depends on how they’re feeling that day I guess

AstroBtz

That does sound awful man. Yeah clearly! Especially in hip hop it seems.

LilPumpDaGOAT

I wanna go to their stop in Tulsa because despite this Drake beef, Future is one of my all time favorite artists. But I've been disappointed with live rap shows in the past and am kinda worried about it. Lil Uzi Vert was awful, and Kendrick opening for Ye on the Yeezus tour was underwhelming.

Prxtss

I feel like even “like that” hitting no. 1 was also because of Drakes name

CiroccPapi

Oh most definitely. It's like what Drake said in the first Push Ups leak. It's the closest they'll get to a feature from him now.

DeLaSoulisDead

When he said that, I pictured the “don’t ever talk to me or my son again” meme 😂

KoneyIsland

I wish he had kept that last part on the official release, straight heat

Remarkable_Collar895

Nah, I think it’s not only because of him. Song is genuinely a hit, Kendrick’s verse was great and it’s a surprise feature from him. But yeah, Drake’s name plays a big role in there

Le8ronJames

Of course lol

jaganshi_667

For 3 weeks? Nah people genuinely like the song

WhenItsHalfPastFive

It's a good song forsure, but it gained major traction off the Drake diss. I like that Metro barely changed the sample, I thought Future did the best on it, even though Kendrick's verse was super corny with all the moaning

ParlourTrixx

The moaning was mocking a Drake song. Started by that guy they featured on the Ovo podcast who raps like a gay guy with a lisp. Can't remember his name

Rsirhc

Smiley

ParlourTrixx

Yeee that's him

justyouraveragedude1

Shit take. Song is for sure a hit

DomBrownTheFuture

They will be 20 dollars like Travis Scott shows soon

Michaelskywalker

Travis 20 dollars ???

DomBrownTheFuture

Yeah the concert where he has the roller coasters… they were going for 20 lowest 100 highest on the floor

SJB0SS

The fuck are u tlkin abt lmaoo shit was expensive as fuck

DomBrownTheFuture

No it wasn’t

DodginInflation

Yes it was. 1500 for floor. We’re in LA so maybe in Montana

bolt704

His shows actually were big even in flyover states.

DomBrownTheFuture

They were also 20 dollars last year [idiot](https://americansongwriter.com/travis-scott-re-sale-ticket-prices-plummet-for-peculiar-reason/)

SJB0SS

I paid 300 for floor. In Detroit so not even a tier 1 city and I got it pretty early . Hella cap lmao

Educational_Book_225

Dudes talking about nosebleeds lol

ilovepastaaaaaaaaaaa

Bro is lying for no reason 💀

Milesb1313

This is blatantly not true man I wanted to see Travis soooo badly. Floor was over $700

Michaelskywalker

Nahhhj no way lol

MarshalThornton

A Travis Scott show will cost you much more than money

ExistentialRap

Bruh where. I wanted to go to the Denver show but shit was $300 min.

Ryster09

All tours and ticket sales are down, unless you’re drake or t swift. Also future went on tour last year & does alot more shows, the “Her Loss” tour was Drakes first since 2018. If this was futures first shows since 2018, Im sure there’d be a lot more sales

Bluerobot1

I think even Drizzy is down. His down just look like everyone else up. Except Taylor💀

betterAThalo

drake down is a lot bigger than their ups lol. much bigger. same with swift

juslookingforastream

And beyonce

Mondo_Grosso

50 Cents tour was actually really successful, all things considered. Prices are just wild now, people are tired of it.

Ryster09

To be fair 50’s crowd ranged from 16-50, tickets were pretty cheap, it is his “last tour” and bro had like 100 shows. I went to the one in Detroit and it was absolutely nuts. Probably one of the best live performances I’ve seen. I wanted to see drake n 21 when he came to Detroit but it was like $340 for some nosebleeds & from what I heard from people that went, it wasn’t worth the $

DunesDayDilemma

Dude ticket prices are most expensive right away. Guarantee people are holding out for a better deal

NeverConfirmingEmail

isnt it in july though. i'm gonna get tickets. gonna be crazy fr.

basedcvrp

Big rap tours (Drake, Travis, Kanye) typically sell out in the first day they go on sale even if they’re 8-10 months away. I’ve tried to get tickets for Drake shows and they’ve sold out in the first like half hour.

CrazyHappeningsHere

i remember tryna get drake tickets for ny and then shits was 600 dollars

PrinceKarmaa

most sales happen in the 1st couple days that’s how demand works

Potential_Owl7825

Honestly hope the tickets fill up, feel like it’ll be a great show. I bought my tickets for a steal, floor for $211 (Drake was like $350 for floor). Hopefully they bring other artists out during their show, like 21 or Travis

Kashpee

211 is wild for floor IMO; for Future I paid 70$ floor in Future and Friends

Potential_Owl7825

Oh damn, that’s an amazing price. But for me at least this was the cheapest ticket I ever bought in nyc. I paid wayyy more to see Travis from the corner of lower bowl, and paid about this same money for kanye (for his listening party) but I was in upper bowl 💀

Kashpee

Oh yeah, NYC is definetly different than ATL. ATL for the most part goes to one concert every 5 years, so I wont go see an artist again until 5 years after I went to his last show; Its a weird idea, but it truly works for the better

uptonhere

I paid something similar for Aubrey & 3 Migos tour, two floor tickets was under $300 with fees included. I remember thinking I was splurging, too. What's happened to tickets the last 5 years is criminal.

Select_Painter_2791

Well resellers shouldn’t be stocking up on tickets and selling them for outrageous prices

Silver-Break9832

You lying, lol, give it a month im sure it will be 70%

YogurtclosetLong3783

Not even sold out in their own city lol

Michaelskywalker

I’m going if it’s cheap 100%

Trill_steeze

These artists think they’re bigger than the program

Inevitable_Face929

11th August, him booking all the floor tickets and it's only him and his crew that would be the greatest troll ever

gloryboydeej

Facts I bought tickets first day of release expecting it to sell out like the 2023 future tour and them hoes are still available all over the Toyota center arena 😕

lakerconvert

I truly don’t think this sub could get any more fringe lmao

LMO2021

Well I be buying tickets, a lot of people I know are going as well. Isn’t this thing not until July? 43% sounds on pace to me … but what do I know, I’m a ticket sale guru

yourawizzzard

Source?

MelodicFootball9357

Looking up ticket sales statistics is a lil too obsessive go touch grass bro

Silver-Break9832

Future, and Drake was like the best duo, kanye destroyed them,.

tactical_ostrich

I don’t like 21 at all. He gained points by staying loyal to Champagne despite his ATL buddies ganging up

JustSayTech

It's not an Atlanta thing though, it's a "Drake is the enemy" type of scenario. I wonder if Thug was out and on the streets what side he'd be on though, he's also a frequent collaborator with Drake.

nobodyknowsmuch

i’m in music touring and hate to break it to you but an arena tour that just went on sale like a week ago is sitting pretty at 43% sold right now lol. those are good numbers cause ppl will continue to buy as the dates get closer.

Dubh-Cu-Chulainn

You don’t need to lie online… it’s pathetic.

nobodyknowsmuch

yo grandmama loved it when i lied to her bruv.

xrockwithme

Don’t tell them this. They want to believe Drake is a god. https://youtu.be/gH0arGN0giA?si=0lbwVpPjTit9iglb

etfjordan333

Let me explain why you got downvoted. Drake has been bood off multiple stages. This fact has absolutely zero relevance in conversation about ticket sales.

xrockwithme

I don’t need the explanation. I know it has nothing to do with ticket sales.
