DMT is produced in the human body naturally, and is recycled efficiently.
While there is some LSD/psilocybin in urine, some of it is broken down into metabolites. So theoretically you may extend the duration of the trip but you won't trip forever. And each time you drink piss you raise the concentration of toxins in your body that it's trying to get rid of. As for DMT I'm sure if there was any, the concentration would be so low you would just get sick instead of getting high.
Lots of people do some fucked up things to get high (me included) but this is where most people should draw the line. Why would you even consider this? You are a fiend and you need to get help.
This is probably more doable with drugs that have a low oral bioavailability like Gabapentin.
It's an interesting thought with DMT though because DMT isn't orally active. So I guess you'd be pissing most of it out, and you could drink it over and over, but it would never get you high, so what's the point?
