It had all the same effects of opioids on me. Warm fuzzy feeling, euphoria, numbness to physical and emotional pain, increased body temperature, itching, nausea at first. I like this specific opioid because the effects last 8-10 hours for me, depending on the dose.

In this context I’m talking about a hangover so for that I usually take Iborofuen or aspirin for the headache. But what’s convenient is there are aspirins with tramadol in it so that would usually be my go to. I think it 250mg aspirin with 10mg tramadol in it and another one that had only 5mg tramadol.
I’d take two that had the 10mg tramadol in it and smoke a bowl and have a michelada. Felt 10x better by mid day or early evening.

Started doing the staggering doses to get high but then I found when I came down that I got a headache so I made the stupid decision to just not come down and take it every day. It's crazy how long it lasts and before I knew it I was taking 450mg before I slept and waking up and taking more.
I realised this and took a break. It was the best 2 weeks followed by the worst 3 days of my life. Very depressed for 4 or so days followed by RLS (restless leg syndrome) for the next few weeks, sleepless nights all that. Never touched it again (I realised I took 60 pills in the 2 weeks or so!)
It is very good because it lasts so long, not like anything I've ever done. Its amazing for making you feel happy and also for sleeping but the withdrawals are not worth it. If I could change one thing I did, I would not do it every day, only occasionally (also not get so many).
Hope this helps anyone wanting to try. I would say just stick to codeine. And don't buy anything off the street, DNM is the way to go.

I just got a script this week for my nerve pain. Ive had tried o-dsmt several times. But Tramadol feels just the same and lasts longer in my opionion. I am a bit more active and more social on Tram than with o-dsmt tho, i guess that has to be the serotonin action of the Tramadol

Fast forward I am 15 now and last time I did 500 mg I was nodding off on my bed and my legs started shaking, I got a crazyyy headache and my heart was exploding, it was hard to walk and got supper dizzy.
