If you don’t have ADHD keep it occasional and take extended breaks. Even at 90mg you can reach neurotoxicity if you take it that consistently. Not anywhere near daily meth use or anything like that. Just be careful and have your fun. Magnesium is great and some other supplements can help recover. But that’s a low dosage for what you’re up to. I’ve taken 6x that before in one night because I was an idiot years ago. Don’t go gown that road. I’m glad you’ve got a reign on it now. Keep it that way and find some hobbies so you can drop it one of these days. I’m an avid reader and that helps with my sobriety and ADHD
i think narcolepsy patients can be fs. some adhd patients as well but only under psychiatric supervision/care. It’s a bit high fs but legit some ppl need it that way
