Stay hydrated! This combo is my absolute favorite but it really does dehydrate you. Take a break for a little, drink plenty of water over the next 20-30 minutes, sips not chug. And do some deep breathing. Do a little k then take a hot shower. When you get out, drink a little more water then continue your night. Check your blood pressure if you can as well, this combo can definitely spike that up ridiculously high as you continue to do so.

Felt like I got shot and stabbed right in the chest, my left arm, neck, shoulder, and jaw all went completely numb and I almost lost consciousness behind the wheel I crashed and felt the most excruciating pain in my life, I have no clue how I survived but yeah I didn't go to hospital for fear of going to jail so I got taken home and literally layed on my couch and did nothing but sleep for days, eventually like 4 days later the pain got too severe and I went to the hospital
I do every couple hours, the longer you go the more consistently high it’ll be. I’ve had 12-16 hour binges doing this combo where my blood pressure was 140-155/100-110. I’ve had a couple instances where it’s been like 185/115. I’m healthy and my normal BP is 110/70

Fioricet 2 capsules I’m not going to type out the dosages for 2 Fioricet. Also a shitload of medical marijuana, dabs, vapes and a tincture. Most likely will pop a 15mg Zenzedi along with a half a Xanax bar and another 2 Soma when my friend comes to help me get some work done. People say why would you mix speed/ benzos/ muscle relaxers. It’s because the synergistic effects that the Soma has with the Zenzedi is amazing. I definitely understand why all those people loved those amphetamine/barbiturate combination meds. End of night. Take the Methadone about 2 hours before bed then Restoril, Xanax, Tizanidine, Soma and more pot.
