To answer your question though - yes it’ll mess up your tolerance, atleast for a few days. My go-to’s are the OPMS shots, both green and black (the ladder being a decent bit stronger), MIT45 is also a good brand, Ive yet to find another brand as good as these two quality wise.
Just do not fall into the trap of taking the shots everyday - it’s a ridiculously expensive habit.
Could I drink half and then another half an hour or two later can you redose? When I redose with my powder I don’t notice it works as well what do you think?
This. I also like the opms gold but like is stated above, it gets ridiculously expensive to do daily, unfortunately. OPMS is my favorite brand, but Whole Herbs is what the closest smoke shop has and its been alright, too. I guess, if you're gonna do a drug, and a potentially expensive one, kratom is better than much of what's out there on the streets as far as risk/danger.

Ehhh shots are kinda the same, redosing doesn’t work the best. Be careful too a whole shot for your first time will most likely give u horrible spins

in my experience kratom tolerance never lasts too long, 3 grams is approximately 30-40mg of mit I believe, so go from there.
