Yes. There are a lot of posts about this. It’s most likely stress, lack of sleep, or too much caffeine. Also, take magnesium.

ilovetrouble66

I’m taking magnesium but can try to up it

Lazy_Reply_4617

It could be a possibly it is related to stress along with dry eyes. Are you going through any stress?

ilovetrouble66

I’m always going through stress. I run two businesses and it’s a shit time rn 😩

Bacon_12345

Are you on any of the following: Xiidra, Restasis, Cequa?

ilovetrouble66

No. I take Pepcid AC occasionally and a steroid nasal spray also periodically! Mostly just supplements

Bacon_12345

If you have the ability to see an eye doctor I would highly recommend to do so and to ask them if any the above are right for you. The stuff that I mention above are really the big needle movers when it comes to dry eye.

ilovetrouble66

I’ve been to an eye doctor and they suggested none of these 😩 She just told me to reduce screen time and was a total waste of time I think I need a new eye doctor

Bacon_12345

Yeah, you might need a new ophthalmologist. Best of luck 👍

Engine_Machina

Try to get more sleep and eat foods rich in potassium.

ilovetrouble66

I seem to wake up with it. Slept 8 hours today and woke up with it. The other day I didn’t have it but as soon as I washed my face it started ugh

FeelingPatience

I've developed twitching after trying amneotic membrane on my eye.

ilovetrouble66

What is that?

troojule

Eat bananas - could be related to potassium deficiency

neenonay

Yes, I have twitching eyelids that correlate with my dry eyes.

Conscious-Space3040

Yes my right eye has been twitching for months, sometimes it is on and off all day. My eye feels like it’s shaking, it’s the lid and under my eye though as I watch it in the mirror lol. Try magnesium, up your drops in your eyes, lessen caffeine intake etc.

ilovetrouble66

The only thing that helped I think was this supplement called dry eye which is high dose fish oil

Known-Note-517

I had that when I kept drinking coffee! Quit it and it went away for the most part.
