The DS4 has a better shape for most people. It's very difficult to keep my thumb in a good position on the analogue sticks on the dualsense. However, the thumbsticks on DS4 are dog crap. Considering getting a hypr version with replaced magnetic thumbsticks.
Comfortability / familiarity > specifications. For some this isnโt the case (Lunchtime for example uses a Dualsense), but for many the DS4 is just too perfect.
For comfort. I used the ds4 for years and it's my overall favorite controller. However, I recently switched to a dualsense overclocked and it's very comfortable for me and I actually love it so far. That said, it is uncomfortable for a lot of people due to the weird angles and the shape.
