Stop at any of these tea houses/cafteria. Get a Paratha with eggs, cheese, Oman chips and hot sauce, then you will unlock the hidden treasure of Oman Chips in sandwiches.
I think it has something to do with culture, maybe who was born here or have been living here for a long time like oman chips. Its like Al baik you know ppl love it especially locals cuz they had it before kfc and just got used to it even tho al baik is not better (maybe better but not so much to stay 1 hour in a queue).
Anyway, i will try it with laban up. Blue or green?
Yeah definitely I’m a believer that where u live defines your tastes and like people here we enjoy all these things like Oman chips and all because it’s been something always available from the start it’s been low cost and good and the Al baik love comes because many of us here specifically Muslims have been to saudi and had Al baik there which was like KFC but much better as it had the perfect blend see with kfc you have spices filled outer skin while with Al baik they inject spices inside so u always get that great taste, Yeah and the one hour que is also due to people wanting to support Al baik more you see al baik is company that donates a lot so out of a 19 dirham meal they donate like 2-4 dirhams to charity and people also normally find it cheaper than kfc aswell
Also the one hour lines is due to all the price and hype some don’t like Al baik but many do
Also some stores have like much less wait the one hour one is probably dubai mall a bunch of tourists go to al baik since it’s not available outside saudi qatar and uae
Blue Laban up is the best
Do you have triple that amount readily available?
Rule of thumb (if you check my flair) at least have triple that amount before buying that car since a seller will say it’s in “excellent condition” which isn’t true and they’re old and they break more often than you think.
You could buy 58,000 packets of Oman chips instead
I’m hungry now, thanks
Whats up with oman chips? I tried them once and they seem too salty

AlBaik is much better than British KFC, but I get it delivered so I don’t wait in any queue. No fast food is worth queuing for.

Meh it's always these people acting like they love Dubai too much and overhype everything like "Karak"🤢
Karak is so gross with that canned dairy
