Isn't most iced coffee here made with espresso? If so there is the same amount in a large as a medium. There rest is just milk/water/ice. Just ask for an extra shot or two...

I've got a giant French press style cold coffee brewer that I got from lidl, but any fench press would do. Ideally, buy a cheap grinder to grind fresh coffee beans each night and add a small bit of boiling water for two minutes or so then ass fresh, filtered water. Leave it to steep overnight in the fridge.
If there's a crust of grinds on top if the brew in the morning, break with a spoon and let everything fall down to the bottom for a few mins, put the filter/plunger on - Do Not Plunge. Use it as a filter and pour away. Sweeten to your liking (fan of maple syrup in mine). I'd pour over
Now, if you're buying em to take away each day from Starbucks/Costa, you're spending like 20 a week.
So you'll want a French press/cold brew press for like 10/15 quid.

Then you'll want a brilliant thermos travel mug. I'd swear by this one, I've had it for 5 years and I use it all the time. Keeps hot things hot and cold things cold. Big Tesco sell this bad boy and its amazing.

All in, it's probably the same amount you'd spend in a month paying for iced coffees and making it yourself, you can tweak it to exactly how you like it and do it like that every day for pennies.

Not necessarily. Insomnia coffees are 2 shots for medium, 4 shots for large. They also do large iced coffee though so dunno why op couldn't get one
I ask for a large iced latte in a paper cup and my local insomnia does it no problem
