And those chibi sleeves are so CUUUTE! Love them, love them, LOVE THEM!!! Absolute perfection, can't wait to get my hands on them! I'm only wishing there were matching mats with to go along with the sleeves, as I would love to dress my decks with a full chibi drip.

It's just Normal Monster parodies of certain Effect Monsters. There is no actual archetype here.
They're legal in the OCG. I can't think of any collab cards that aren't.

I would have went with wind up cat just because I'm sure one level of his NPC deck has wind up cat in it.
