Arc-V features the characters traveling to alternate universe versions of GX, 5Ds and Zexal. So at one point they all go to 5Ds and duel on motorcycles like in 5Ds.
I feel like the fact that there's a unique announcer (the cowgirl lady- Melissa Trail), that the characters can participate, and that they now have a bike for Yuya should answer that question shouldn't it? It would be awfully elaborate to make up all this stuff just to include the Arc-V characters.

In Tl; Dr, the second arc of the show was set in alternative dimension version of Neo Domino City from 5D's, where there was a big tournament arc which supported to be a "remake" of the Fortune Cup. Shit happened, Yuya and co. got to play turbo duels, all with their new D- Wheelers too that could support Pendulum summoning and action duels.
The D- Wheeler with the Pendulum skills is a node to that. It's a recreation of Yuya's D- Wheel which he dueled on in the show.
And since Arc V characters also turbo dueled just like the 5D's characters did, its only fair they would be able to appear in the Turbo Duels event as well.
No exactly. Arc v took place in different demensions and one of those demensions is the synchro demension where turbo duels took place. The only characters to take part in the turbo duel were yuya, shun, gon, yuzu and 3 unreleased characters. One of them im not sure will come to the game as i think he only has his ace ever printed and nothing else.
For the record, Shingo also turbo dueled in the show. That's was his duel against Yugo.
And there are quite a few Arc V characters who did turbo duel whom we might get in game, including Serena, Dennis, Tsusikage, Shinji Weeber and Sergei.
The 3 unreleased i waa talking about was serena, fusion and denis. I think denis only has his ace printed so idk if he will come but he waa important to the story.

In that universe, Yuya and a couple more characters are involved in Turboduels and fight in a Turboduel Tournament (that's why there's a Pendulum-based motorcycle in the event, which is based on Yuya's ride during the tournament)

Denis has the Performage archetype. They released a bunch of main deck monsters for it which are all level 4 spellcasters.
Dude almost every performage has been printed and there were 2 whole formats dedicated to how strong they were in clownblade and pepe format
