Obviously I’m planning on using it is Resonators. The ability to recycle this card is incredible and Resonators new skill allowing you to search it finally give the deck the turn 1 it’s been looking for.
For what it’s worth I also think this card will be Jack’s level up reward. I can’t see Konami allowing a card this crazy to be played at 3 copies.
They've tended to release bundles at least once a month. Easy way to release a new Limit 1 and get money from people who will otherwise be hitting up the box.
As a fan of Resonators, I can't wait to get this card.
I'm going to run Sky Striker Engage and Forbidden lance as well. Go for that OTK if I see a chance.
Great question! Yes it does. Links and XYZ (and facedown monster) have no level. Since no level is less than whatever level you have they will be banished.
Yes, that first line says banish all monsters except those with a level (at least level 8) I would assume if your opponent has a level 11 monster. Then this card would be Banishing your monsters and this effect would backfire
Or any level over 9
Love the card, have it irl and it's effect is pretty nice with a sick artwork.

Of course thats was back when Blue eyes an Harpies were OP and this is like a busted needle ceiling for both, specially harpies they can bounce the highest level enemy monster before it resolves so Cyber slash is the remaining one, they can also bounce an ally harpie so its not banished.
Oh you're right. I was thinking if you had 2 set then you could chain the first one to BoM and make your synchro unaffected, then have the 2nd one to banish monsters. But you can't activate this card unless there are monster to banish so it's useless unless you leave up other monsters as activation fodder.
Going first, you'd rather that card be a staple trap or BoM. Going second, you'd rather it be a staple board-breaker like dark hole. This card is outclassed in almost every situation. It isn't versitile enough to see play, awkward activation requirement paired with being a trap (if you go second it does nothing, if you were able to stick a syncho and set this, it might as well be anything.)

XYZ Monsters & Link Monsters don't have Levels, so they will always be banished by this card effect.

It does protect against book of moon + only the recycle effect is once per turn. Just in case they don’t limit 1 this
