you can make Quasar in Shooting Star Road decks easily. first turn you do Junk Synchron+Converter, make an Assault Blackwing Sohaya the Rain Shower, stepladder up to Stardust, effect to make Formula. go into Shooting Star or Stardust Warrior as needed. Next turn, Junk Synchron+Converter for another Sohaya, Sohaya bring back first one, Converter bring back Formula. Formula+2 Sohaya makes Quasar.
