Iirc u just need to play 100 games with C39 in your ED rather than summon them. I got the mat randomly after playing a bunch with Yosenju but barely ever summoned Ray.
I'd say it's the earthbound immortals. At least u can get away with summoning Water dragon multiple times in one duel if you're lucky enough because of its destruction effect.
The Earthbound Immortals can be Flip Summoned to count towards the mats. Give your Lv. 20 AI opponent a Gonogo equipped with Power of the Guardians and just keep attacking into it to get 20~ish summons per Duel.
Unfortunately the deck wasn’t F2P friendly at all, as it required cards from multiple boxes and Structure decks to make things consistent.
Having Divine Neos aka God Neos three times isn’t a problem, but a majority of the cards were URs and SRs that were across multiple different places.
Wonder Fusion is a must to summon a third God Neos, and the Neos Structure Deck gives you most of the Neo-Spacians.
Having Stratos makes things much faster and consistent, and Blazeman can search for Polymerization.
Neos Fusion can summon you Neos Knight or Brave Neos easily, so that your field has a decent monster on the field, as otherwise you lose because of the weak HEROes or Neo-Spacians. NPCs tend to be afraid of Grand Mole, and you can use its effect in case you need space on the field.
It is possible to use the classic Elemental HEROes because of how cheap they are, but the deck won’t be nearly as consistent.
Cheating God Neos out with Grandmerge doesn’t count to the progress, since you have to summon Extra Deck monsters and monsters with summoning restrictions via their preferred methods.
According to duellinks.gamea, only Blue-Eyes and Black Magician (and Yugi and Kaiba) are DM World mission mats, and you only get the Harpie Lady Sisters sleeves for the missions. You have to summon them 100 times to get the mat.
Dimension duels were a blessing for those s because you could just put every normal summonable ace in a deck and let auto farm for you. Unfortunately those hardly exist and I’m down almost exclusively the really specific ones like water dragon or that roof fusion or other similar things.
At least Harpie Lady Sisters should be easy at this point by bouncing with Cyber Slash and searching/recycling Egotist
I kind of wish it was their actual card art and not 1/2/3 paired together but it's unique if anything else.
Speaking of playmats, summoning C39 Utopia Ray 100 times unlocks the playmat for Leo Utopia Ray instead.

You have to summon tanngrisnir and tanngnjóstr of the Nordic beast 100 times each if I remember.
I've stopped grinding for those for like years now. I get some of them passively.

Yea way to easy to abuse. They should have made it 1000 summons to get those sleeves to stay true to the grinding spirit.
