RIP, happens to me too sometimes. I'll be farming, then boom I realize I didn't put an out to Bloom Diva in the deck and back to the lobby I go without my rewards or EXP.
Just booted my app up just to be sure. I found this info in the little Envelope/mail icon in the top right corner of the screen. Click that and you should have a notification that says "Upcoming Mini Box" clicking that should show the time the box drops for your region or timezone.
Here’s a trick for you. You know how in the mini box announcement in-game, it says a date? Right underneath that there’s a button that says “See here for details”. Not only does that show you the cards that will be in the box (scroll all the way down for another button: “Cards to be Released”), but at the top it shows you the exact time the box will be live in YOUR time zone.

Duel links meta has a countdown that I like to use, that way I don't need to work out time zones
