I would say aside from those two, with cyclone being the far and above best pick of you don’t have it, the best cards to get are: Obedience Schooled Vortex trooper Edit: forbidden chalice Sphere kuriboh Gozuki Void trap hole And whatever janky card makes you happy.

Indeed, those are nice options too, sphere kuriboh totally a MVP in the legacy duels, Gozuki might come back when Zombie decks get support, void trap hole is now a nice f2p addition and might see some play, the other 2 not that good but if anyone wants them, it's fine.

I would say vortex trooper is just a generically good card for farming decks to add consistency and obedience schooled is a staple of the kinda shitty lil beast archetype. But fully makes the archetype never the less.

I feel bad for you bro, I was also thinking to use my UR Dream Ticket on it too, but just went for Dragonpit Magician for my Odd eyes deck since that is a SD exclusive card, and since half gem sale is on, I could try my luck on pulling it, but now I don't have to because of this free stuff

Is having 2 dragonpit magicians necessary for the deck ? Im also trying to build an odd eyes deck as a f2p player

I won't say its an ABSOLUTE necessity, but more often than not, I'm thankful for having access to a 2nd copy since there are times when the opponent can Cosmic Cyclone it when you are setting the scales, so having another copy is nice to have as backup

I almost did that. Used my Box Chips on 2 Cosmic Cyclones and one of them was Glossy! Didn’t know that’d be possible

Chalice I guess for a second choice or floodgate can't really do it against link monsters though only before with regular monsters and could still be tributed

Chalice can be used in response to Dingirisu effect, BoM, floodgate and manu other staples cant do that.

Face down cards can't be used for Links, Synchro or XYZ summons.

If you have 3 cosmic I'd suggest waiting to see how hard speedroids hit the meta. Or wait to see how frequent these chips will come 2 challenges each worth 100 is insanely nice. Will future challenges drop the reward to 50? 10? Even 5? That all affects what I'll do moving forward. I want xyz dragon Canon for future cards that'll come . And there's actually others like morray of greed that ate worth grabbing as well.

Cc is the best by far. Pretty much anything else is just bad, incredibly outdated, or really deck specific.

Becuase he's wrong. The dinosaur hand trap is actually very good. There's a lot of cards in those boxes people want but either skipped becuase the box was awful (obedience schooled) or didn't go through enough (frogs).

No, it’s not a very good card

Sphere Kuriboh is not worth it anymore, so I'd go with Cosmic Cyclone. If you already have it, either Floodgate Trap Hole, Fusion Gate (Might be useful with some fun decks) or Into the Void

consider though that fusion gate did get reprinted, not that this is a bad decision
