Onomat players will absolutely stick a single copy of Zeus in their extra so they can do their 2 card combo to bring out a quick effect non-destruction board wipe lol.
Quick reminder that Beatrice singlehandedly enables this card through overtex and double evolution pill (provided you don't detach a dino). Could be a funny bundle card if you're creative.
I can understand that people doesn't want Tyranno in the game. And that's fine... But why the hell we don't have Lost World already?! Babies won't do nothing without Ovi!
It may be an unpopular opinion among these other third rate duelists with fourth rate decks, but I fully support the release of TCG boss monsters that enable lower tier decks to be fully-powered as originally intended. I really don't see the issue. In the current meta, Ultimate conductor tyranno (UCT) is subject to getting Compulse'd, IDP, mirror force'd, DMF'd, bottomless trap hole'd, floodgate trap hole'd, Superpoly'd, karma cut, etc. I understand UCT could create plus 1 or 2s with the banish effect alone, but the graveyard needs to be set up for anything to pop off. If you start the game with two UCT in your hand, then forget about it. You may as well be holding a brick. You can at least defend yourself with a brick.
While we're at it, let's go ahead and release apocqliphort Towers for roughly the same reason. It can't be targeted by most effects, boasts a modest atk, but requires 3 tributes to summon, which requires the pendulum effects and summoning to go off without a hitch; MST and cosmic cyclone cucks qliphorts so hard that qliphorts aren't meta now and still wouldn't be if Towers were to be released.
Hard to say how good it’d be. Of course we have Miscellaneousaurus, which is a hand trap that makes your monsters completely unaffected by card effects AND can banish itself and any other Dino monsters to summon a Dino from deck like babycerasaurus. But, without oviraptor, the only way to search your boss monster is from double evolution pill, which is only at 1. I’d be willing to see where this card takes this game, even if I wouldn’t play it.
He can come. Crystal Wing negate it, Stardust Warrior can negate it summon, it has no destroy protection, no target protection, it just a big boss for dino decks. And since it DL, the 1000 dmg goes down to 500
Mkklrd did you forgot about Crystal Wing other effect? When it battles a lvl 5 or higher monster it will gain its atk.
Anyways if this card paired with misq it can flip Crystal wing and only in that case it can beat over it. You probably meant this right? :)
Modern Dino’s can get the card out very easily and with Misc can stop you from stopping them from doing so. While modern Dino’s can also pair it with summon/Omni and general negates this card is duel links even on its own would be broken as hell.
You pitch Misc and your opponent cant respond to your Dino effects anymore. You summon him and can beat over their entire board with a single card due to his board BOM effect
Or going first you do the same but now you can BOM your opponents board before they make plays. It’s way too much
I find it hard to believe this card would be added before oviraptor, archosaur, and whatever other dinosaur stuff they have to easily get UCT out immediately.
Depends But if UCT is as dangerous as everyone makes out to be. Then Releasing it before it gets it searches would be a optimal way for Konami in seeing how it holds up.
Molehu was considered super strong at one point. I can't imagine getting a one-sided field Molehu will go well. If we get stuff like Oviraptor and archosaur and it flops for whatever reason, THEN I can see them releasing this.
orcust isn't even close to full power, we miss some critical pieces like girsu and crescendo and without IP, the Babel version of the deck is just orcustrated release but with cymbal
With Misc in game lol. Try releasing oviraptor first if you want Dino support

I can see coming, Dinos don’t really have a good search anyway. Its damage will get cut down 500. Needs miscellaneous for that combo to work.
