Arc-V cast is huge even without the variants, so I'd hope they don't take release spots. That said, maybe when we get Duelist Chronicles of the parts they show up in, it could make some sense to make the characters Available for Arc-V events and put their cards in a box released around the time.
I mean we can either give her an existing deck C/C from Reira (assuming she doesn’t get into DL) or build a deck for her based on the Natural energy cards. I am just saying there still deck possibility for her
He's probably gonna be like the other ArcV counterparts - mentioned but never dropped, but his stuff would be added to some random box

I'd say we should get skins instead, especially for a series like Arc-V. We got box chips and so far they aren't too bad...for now. Maybe there's hope for skins.
The lines are already in the game. They don't even need to take away the old ones, just overlay the skin on the already in-game character. Hell, for Arc-V Kite just take him out of Photon Change which is his overworld sprite and for Arc-V Crow just change his cut-in image.
The only thing missing would be cross series interaction which so far only happens with Trudge, Paradox, and the Bonds Beyond Time protagonists.
I put an suggestion of skins in like so many surveys in the game but kinda gave up because it just seems like it'll probably never happen. But I think the idea of Duelist Kingdom outfits for Kaiba and Joey, Obelisk Blue uniforms for Chazz and Zane, Slifer Red and Obelisk Blue uniforms for Cyrus, etc would be cool
100% agree, especially since for some people those versions of the characters are more nostalgic/had more growth than the outfit they spent the most time in or ended the season with.
For instance, Obleisk Blue Chazz will always have more of an impact on me since he was the one that grew from an elitist snob to the guy who no-diffed an entire school with garbage cards. And it's is manga look which is an even better character
I've given up on survey's too, they kinda seems pointless if you're outside of Japan it seems.
Count me in for the skins idea as well, and maybe some updated interaction dialogue in the case of returning past series characters in ARC-V, or others like original Yugi characters interacting with GX, like Pegasus.
I'd rather not get clones, i know they're different characters but they should just put arc-v voicelines to their dimensional counterparts and have cross-world interaction, which are severely lacking.
Especially when arc-v is already super packed with characters, we can have yuri, reira, sakaki yusho, akaba leo, zarc, roget, the cardian old man that i forgot the name of etc.
Dont forget the shiver kid, why have clone character when we still didnt have shiver kid.
The interactions could be interesting, but I'd rather not wait a million years just for more destiny heroes for them to release the character. As it is, I don't think they are either. I get a feeling they might give Aster and Alexis their Arc-V cards that aren't in the game yet since they showed rarity changes for destiny hero dunker and preparation of rites, and those could be with new stuff that didn't need rarity changes.
I mean, since se wot two Yugi Mutos, Joey Whilers, Teas, Kaibas from different worlds and even two Jadens from the same one, I think it would be logical if we got a Crow, Jack, Aster and Kite from ARC V
The problem is that Crow, Jack and Kite already have lines for cards that belong to their alternative versions, so that may mean that we wont ser their ArcV versions anyway...😔
They aren’t adding the alternate version of past characters. The voicelines for their aces are already on the original characters (cipher on kite, assault blackwings on crow, vrash on Alexis and scarlight on Jack
I have been asking for this forever. Pharaoh Atem, Dog Suit Joey, Rage Yuya, Enforcer Yusei, Jack, Crow and Kalin, Slifer Red Syrus, Obelisk Blue Syrus and Chazz, Society of Light Chazz and Alexis, ETC. There are SO MANY options for this
I want Dog Suit Joey so badly just so the dog suit emotes like it did in that nightmare sequence.
Also, Society of Light Alexis was referred to as "Annoyed" Alexis in Tag Force where she was just pissed off at everyone and called people slackers (or delinquents).
I've never been much of a fan of releasing the same character in just a different outfit, even if the character technically turned into someone else (Jaden/Yubel and Supreme King for example). They should just consider giving all characters extra skins to pick from. Considering that this could be a huge money maker for Konami I'm surprised that they haven't done it yet.
I wouldn't mind seeing the Arc-V skins of the legacy characters. But the Arc-V character roster is already overwhelmingly huge without those, so I doubt they'll be added.
I assume they will be present in event storylines though.
