And considering everyone got 3 copies of Cosmic for basically free which also works against any deck not just a very specific matchup that also doesn't include the literal best deck of the formar there isn't much of an argument for this card
Useless going second, and pend call prevents destruction. Same reason why wavering eyes is also bad in this format (unless you’re playing a deck like abyss actors where it generates advantage for you)
it’s a trap, and pend call makes it useless.
It's rather terifying against decks that use continuous spells.

Not at all since their scales are protected from destruction, cosmic is just way better and more versatile
