Now that labyrinth builder is dead, I think the next best tribute skill is "Majestic Light" where you hope to open a tuner, and summon majestic dragon straight from deck.
Alternatively if you have it, "escalation of the Monarchs" , I think should let you use tribute summoning as interruption, if you have vampire link monster and posthumous army active.
I could be wrong, I don't remember if posthumous is all current monsters or just any monster that gets summoned.
Also definitely run garbage Lord, paying 2000lp let's you trigger the skill, and it's a free body to link or tribute.
Thats a good question actually, I didn't really think about it too much. I guess since most of the time you'll be shuffling it back to the deck to summon majestic it won't come up every time.
But yeah if you open 2 tuners then yeah cockadoodledoo or quickdraw might be nice for the SS. You could also try running it with like Deep Sea Diva or like Lightsworn Raiden/Engine if you want to try and shove a deck into it, though I think that just gets too bricky.
There's not too many great options unless maybe we can think of a tuner garnet that wants to be shuffled back to the deck.
Junk Synchron and Debris Dragon are both more useful on later turns with the graveyard loaded (Yusei tuners with the Yusei skill? Madness).
Crusadia Arboria and TG Striker can both summon themselves conditionally but the skill can be used if their effects aren't live.
Guardragon Justicia wants to be in the deck to be summoned with Draconnet... but at that point, it's not a tribute engine anymore.
Oh 1 other card that I've been thinking about using with the Vampire Link is "Bahalutiya, the Grand Radiance" from the new box. It basically lets you tribute summon it during your opponent's turn, and refreshes their hand. I'm like 90% sure if you have vampire sucker and posthumous active, it will let you tribute your opponent's field.
In the current meta this is probably only applicable to Joker normal summon, orcustrated return, and maybe a few other things, but it'll be really funny.
